First of all, its good to have a place to ask for help or advice with local problems, most problems or complaints go unheard. Maybe someone can tell me away to get some results and help. My problem is local neighborhood children with B B guns. I have had windows cracked and shot with these
air guns and complaining to the parents don't help. They claim their child would not do such a thing and ask for
proof. The local police ask for proof also. Has anyone had this problem before and if so what did you do to get results?

Yes, I do have a question. I just moved into a new location and after I moved in, my landlord said he made a mistake on the rent. Before I moved in he told me the rent was $500.00 per month and after I had moved in, he told me the mistake was the rent is
suppose to be $550.00 a month instead of $500.00 a month. Is this legal? Lawyers charge for this information and I thought maybe someone had ran into this problem before and could give me a straight answer
